REAL Cookie Popper Truffles


  • 3 bags Peanut Butter Cookie Poppers
  • 1 8 oz. container plant based cream cheese (we like violife)
  • 2 Tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips melted
  • Reserve 1 -2 cookies to crush for decoration


  1. Place all cookies in food processor with cream cheese, peanut butter and vanilla extract
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. With small cookie scoop make into balls and place on cookie sheet. Place in freezer for about 30 minutes.
  4. Take frozen rounds and dip in melted chocolate and place back on cookie sheet
  5. Sprinkle tops with favorite sprinkles or crushed cookie crumbs
  6. Place back in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
