REAL Cookies and Creme Marshmallow Meltaway (Mallomar Style) – GF, GF, DF, V

Ingredients

  • 12 REAL Cookies & Creme Cookie Poppers
  • 6 Large Vegan Marshmallows (cut in half to make 12 pieces)
  • 1 bag chocolate chips

Instructions

Step 1

  • Place the REAL cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Cut the marshmallows in half and set the sticky side of the marshmallow on top of each cookie.

Step 2

  • Melt chocolate either in a microwave on high (stirring every 15-30 seconds) or on stovetop using a double boiler.

Step 3

  • Use a fork, chocolate dipping fork or toothpick to hold the cookie and marshmallow combo and carefully immerse into the melted chocolate, let chocolate drip off and gently transfer to the parchment paper.
  • Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or place in the refrigerator to set more quickly.
  • If desired, decorate with cookie crumbs or sprinkles.
